!!!BEWARE!!! Inconstant Weigh Load With Extreme Overcharge - I've always trusted the weigh-in at Agua Mansa MRF of Jurupa Valley CA but today it was 100% lost: I thought I was incorrectly overcharged during weight out so I respectively reported the situation & was asked for a supervisor. Despite me showing 8 receipts over the last two weeks, each load weighing 0.33 to 0.34 tons, dumping every other day or so, taking out the same shrubs/bushes at my house using the same mini dump trailer which were essentially maxed every load... THEN today I was magically charged 1.58 tons at checkout? That's 4.5 times heavier than my other 7 full loads of the same exact shrubs. Do note, this also occurred at my second drop today around 4 hours after my am visit. This means I personally clipped/trimmed + loaded 3,160 lbs of overgrowth/shrubs in 3 hours & packed my trailer 4.5 times heavier that what I do in about 1-2 days. From my experience, & honest truth, it's absolutely clear that the weight was NOT correct & their supervisor insisted their scales are perfect. They did nothing or offer to make it right & extorted me to pay. Like seriously, how does that work for larger payloads when the weights don't add up & you're forced to pay at weigh-out? Is there another dump in Riverside that takes basic residential green waste? Yes I'm out the petty $80, wasted more time mentioning this situation to supervisor including the time to write this review but I believe sharing my experience may lead to NEEDED integrity & customer service check from the booth at Agua Mansa MRF of Jurupa Valley.

The people at the scale house whr you go to dump the green and trash are always in a bad mood poor customer service only the people guiding you wher to go dump are being professional maybe they have to be inside the scale house and the ones inside the scale house have to be working outside guiding... waiting time is very long they stay talking inside with oneanother

Just an FYI, don’t wait inline for 1-2hr on the free 3rd Friday of every month for the free dump. Just pay the $10 to drop it off M-F large or small amount is $10. I didn’t know and waited over an hour to dump 3 tires and some other small stuff on the free Saturday. But overall he employees were helpful, but just crazy long line for my first time here.

All the women working in the scale house. Are Busy Texting on their phones rather than doing their job. The dump was hardly busy and took an hour and a half. Upon Weigh in I had a wait a minute for the young lady to finish texting before she could do her job. On the way out the woman took. 30 seconds of texting before she acknowledged me and helped me.
